Our Business Philosophy
As a buyer and seller of many homes and rental properties over the years, I`ve come to understand and appreciate the importance of the agent`s role in the degree of satisfaction you experience when buying or selling your home. My business philosophy is built around a commitment to provide clients with the highest level of service and attention throughout every stage of the transaction. This means that I am personally involved in following up on the smallest administrative detail to providing my clients with timely status reports to staying in touch long after the close of escrow. Background and Experience

John Donnelly

After a successful career in sales, marketing and general management at several internationally recognized consumer product companies, John moved to the Coachella Valley in 1996 and quickly became involved in residential real estate as a realtor and investor. He has successfully represented buyers and sellers throughout the desert resort cities of Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, LaQuinta, Indian Wells and Indio with special emphasis on working with out of town buyers.

Bruce Lavan

Bruce Lavan brings to The Country Club Team a varied background with a heavy emphasis on business management, marketing and entrepreneurial ventures.

After attending Pennsylvania State University, Bruce`s first job was as an Accountant in Atlantic City, NJ.  Seeking a career field with more customer contact, he worked in various management positions including the management of a chain of gift shops, art galleries and interior design companies.

After moving to California, Bruce went to work for McDonald`s Cor[poration developing a new franchise company.  He then went on to join Toys "R" Us as Vice President and General Manager. 

Bruce left Toys "R" us to manage his own extensive real estate holdings and became a Realtor in 1995 and was promply rewarded with the Top Close of Escrow Award, 1995 Rookie of the Year and continues to be an award winning Realtor.

Carolyn Voet

A resident of Indian Ridge Country Club, Carolyn is an experienced Realtor with extensive knowledge of the many country clubs in the Coachella Valley.  Carolyn`s background of 25 years of sales and marketing experience with IBM has given her the people and communication skills to work with clients in all price ranges.  In addition to her knowledge of the real estate market, Carolyn has a keen eye for home decor and location that helps our clients find the right home in the right price range.

Buyer`s Agent
Over the years, we`ve found that working with buyers, particularly out of town buyers, is something that we especially enjoy. Very often out of town buyers are only in the desert for a long weekend and are looking for a realtor to show them exactly what they are looking for without wasting any of their leisure time. For a realtor to deliver this kind of service on typically short notice requires extensive knowledge of the market, current inventory, pricing and organization.
